Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Gen Virtual Solutions ("the Company," "we," "us") or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Services

We provide software development, AI architecture, and cloud integration services. Specific deliverables (e.g., source code, API integration) are defined in the project scope agreed upon at checkout or via contract.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

• Client Ownership: Upon full payment, the Client is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the custom code developed for their project.
• Company Rights: Gen Virtual Solutions retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks, libraries, and AI models used to build the solution.

4. Payment & Refunds

Services are billed in INR via Razorpay. Due to the digital and labor-intensive nature of our work, all sales are final once the project development has commenced. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind."

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gen Virtual Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our software. We provide code "as is" and do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service if a client violates these terms or engages in illegal activity using our software.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra.
